2. Services Provided
Grace Air LLC provides HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) services including but not limited to:
- HVAC system installation
- AC repair and maintenance
- Emergency HVAC services
- HVAC system inspections and diagnostics
- Preventive maintenance plans
3. Service Area
Our services are primarily provided in South Florida, including but not limited to Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.
4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options may be available for qualifying customers
- All prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices are honored for the duration of the quote
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Grace Air LLC provides warranties on workmanship and parts as follows:
- Workmanship warranties vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement
- Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment and parts
- Warranty coverage is subject to proper maintenance and normal use
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts beyond our control
6. Emergency Services
Emergency HVAC services are available 24/7. Emergency service calls are subject to standard rates. We do not charge overtime fees for emergency services. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and current service volume.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the HVAC system and service needs
- Ensuring safe access to the service location
- Maintaining the HVAC system according to manufacturer recommendations
- Notifying us of any issues or concerns in a timely manner
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace Air LLC's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, business interruption, or personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds for completed services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
